Bald Head Island Trip

We recently took a day trip to one of our favorite destinations…Bald Head Island. We rode the 10am ferry to the island and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The picture of the three houses is an area called Captain Charlie’s Station which is where we relaxed with some great beach time. The panorama was shot facing north near the same area. Afterwards, we piddled around the island in a golf cart taking in all of the flora and fauna the island has to offer. The day was concluded with dinner at Eb & Flo’s at the marina followed by catching the 7pm ferry back to Indigo Plantation. Check out a slideshow of the trip.

The Launch of scottpiner.com

Today was a fun day…scottpiner.com is now a reality. I’ve been pursuing for this for some time and to see it take shape has been an absolute blast. Within four hours of the site launching, the first order was placed…and it was not made by a family member. I have some recent photos from Bald Head Island to upload which will probably happen tomorrow night.
